The project has not commenced, and no work has been delivered.

The request for cancellation is made within 7 days of payment.

There is a significant delay in project delivery caused by us, not attributable to client actions or external factors.

There is a demonstrable failure to deliver the agreed-upon services.

    Certain services are non-refundable once initiated or delivered:

Custom website design and development after the initial mockups or designs are approved.

Social media management services for the period already worked on.

Subscription-based services (e.g., hosting, maintenance, or retainer agreements) after the subscription period has begun.

Any third-party services or products purchased on behalf of the client, such as domain names, plugins, or software.

  1. Refund Process
    To request a refund:

Submit a written request to info@snapsites.co.uk with the subject “Refund Request” and include your project details.

Our team will review your request within 7 business days.

If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days.

  1. Amendments and Revisions
    We offer revisions as part of our commitment to delivering quality work:

Revisions must be requested within the project scope and timelines.

Excessive or out-of-scope revisions may incur additional charges.

We reserve the right to limit revisions if they contradict the original brief.

  1. Project Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a project after work has commenced, you will be charged for the work completed up to the cancellation date.

A detailed breakdown of work and associated costs will be provided.

  1. Liability Limitations
    We strive for excellence but cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as search engine rankings, increased sales, or social media engagement, as these depend on multiple external factors.
